At AMORE OUD, we want you to have the best possible shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return and refund policy. Please review the details below carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Customer Service team within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Our team will provide you with instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

4. Unapproved returns (items sent back without prior authorisation) will not be accepted.

5. Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item. If it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 15 days for the refund to appear on your statement, though most are completed within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using Royal Mail 2nd Class (48-hour) delivery to ensure safe return.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

You are welcome to return your item (return shipping costs apply) and place a new order for your preferred product.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in checking every product before dispatch, but on rare occasions, an item may arrive damaged or faulty.

If this happens:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Do not discard the damaged item or any packaging materials.

3. Please provide clear photos of the issue so we can investigate.

4. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement for the faulty item (refunds are not available for damages).

5. If you’re unsure about next steps, our Customer Service team will guide you through the process.

Incorrect Items Received

If you have received the wrong item, please follow these steps:

1. Do not open or unseal the incorrect product.

2. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

3. Include your order number and details of the incorrect item in your message.

4. Our team will provide return instructions and ensure the correct item is sent promptly.

5. Please note: if the incorrect item has been opened or unsealed, we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.
